When you submit a contact form personal data such as name, company name, address, telephone number, email address and course(s) you are interested in are captured, we keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes so we can provide a quote, this information is kept until you request for your details to be removed from our database or we can no longer contact you. VideoTile: all our e-learning is produced by VideoTile and we sell the licenses with links via their portal. Your name, email address and course(s) purchased will be shared with them.

How long we retain your data
We keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for two years, and customer purchase records for ten years.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
